It's Time for Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is now available and ends on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at 5:00 p.m.

 

2020 Highlights

  • Continued Low Costs: Despite increases in health care costs nationwide, UC’s premium changes for faculty and staff are moderate, with some members even seeing decreases.
  • Changes to Prescription Drug Formulary for UC’s Non-Medicare PPO Plans: To help keep prescription drug costs and premiums affordable, CORE, UC Care and UC Health Savings Plan will transition from the current Anthem National Drug list to the Anthem Essential Drug---- list.
  • New Supplemental Health Plans: UC is offering three new supplemental insurance options — Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity plans — that pay cash benefits if you experience a covered accident, illness or hospital stay.

Open Enrollment Events and Education

To help select the right benefit plans for you, the Human Resources Benefits Office is sponsoring a Benefits Fair and Open Enrollment Walk-In Help Desk which you are encouraged to attend.

Benefits Fair

Monday, November 18, 2019 | 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | HUB 302

The Benefits Fair will feature representatives from various benefits vendors who will be available to answer any questions and provide Open Enrollment information. In addition, massages, flu shots and health screenings will be available at no cost – free. You are encouraged to join the fun!
