The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is excited to announce the return of the UCR Chancellor's Making Excellence Inclusive (MEI) Diversity Certificate Program, which is a free program where participants spend eight months learning about the complexities of diversity challenges.

Program participants will research, analyze, and apply their new knowledge to actual situations in the UCR work environment and develop capstone projects designed for immediate or near-term implementation. To date, MEI graduates have created more than thirty projects, many of which have been integrated into the campus culture.

Also, below is a link to the Chancellor's MEI Diversity Certification Program website, which provides an overview of what the program entails and links to a few sample past graduate capstone projects, as well as a link to the 2020-2021 Making Excellence Inclusive brochure.

Application deadline is October 16
