In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, also known as the Clery Act, the University of California, Riverside has published our 2020 Annual Security & Fire Safety Report.
The purpose of this report is to provide crime and other safety-related information to members of the campus community. This report contains three years’ worth of crime statistics (2017-2019), as well as statements regarding certain campus policies and procedures, including policies regarding sexual and gender-based violence and alcohol and other drugs. This report also includes fire safety policies and procedures and fire statistics for on-campus housing facilities from the previous three years, in compliance with the Clery Act and the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA).
The Annual Security & Fire Safety Report will be published online by October 1st* of each year and can be found at: https://compliance.ucr.edu/clery-act-compliance. *Note: On July 10, 2020, due to COVID-19, the Department of Education extended the date for institutions to distribute their Annual Security Reports (ASRs) and Annual Fire Safety Reports (AFSRs) to required recipients from October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
