The 2021 Chancellor's Faculty and Staff Picnic has been postponed in the interest of the health and safety of all UCR staff, faculty, and academic non-senate members.  Updates will be provided when available.

All UCR staff, faculty, and non-academic senate employees are cordially invited to join Chancellor Kim A. Wilcox for a picnic lunch to kick-off the new academic year.

For your health and safety, this year’s Chancellor’s Faculty and Staff Picnic will be divided into two time slots (12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.) which can be selected on the registration form. Complimentary boxed lunches will be provided for registered attendees. Please arrive at your selected “Boxed Lunch Pick-Up/Arrival Time Slot” to pick up your complimentary boxed lunch. The HUB Plaza tables will be available for seating if you would like to enjoy your lunch outdoors! 

Please note, attendees are encouraged to wear masks and social distance while eating and drinking.

To ensure that enough food is ordered for everyone, please RSVP and select a time slot and sandwich option to attend no later than Friday, August 27. Please register here using Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari as Internet Explorer is not supported.
