We are happy to announce UCR’s payroll deduction form for giving to the UCR Foundation is now completely digital.

The new online form includes the following enhancements to make it more accessible and easier to use:

•    The paper/pdf form has been converted to an interactive online form so submissions can be more easily processed.

•    As with all conversions of static forms to interactive forms, the goal is to make the process easier for the end user to submit data and for the data processor to process the data.

•    In addition, the new online payroll deduction form has NetID verification so UCR employees can be securely authenticated and no longer need to manually sign their signature on a PDF form anymore.
