Starting Tuesday, November 12th traffic control will be established at the corner of University and Canyon Crest for the first phase of the sewer installation. There will be one-way traffic through the Canyon Crest and University intersection for the duration of this work which is anticipated to be complete by December 13th barring any unforeseen conditions or delays. The second phase will be the continuation of the sewer main installation heading north down Canyon Crest. This work will take place in approximately 200ft increments with traffic control established at all times. 

The second phase is anticipated to reach the intersection of Canyon Crest and Linden by January 17th. The final third phase will be in front of the North District 2 project site and will include several offshoots from the center of the road across to the project limits. At these conditions, traffic control will be established to reroute the Northbound traffic into the center median lane for continued two-way traffic. We anticipate completion of the sewer work by February 28th again barring any unforeseen conditions or delays.
