UCR Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is excited to share that we have "broken ground” on The Grove, UC Riverside’s new secure AI campus platform.

Early Adopters Will Help Shape The Grove

As with any soft launch, we’re just getting started! This is a new and evolving space. There is significant growth ahead as we continue to refine and expand The Grove’s capabilities. As an early adopter, your exploration insights and feedback will help ITS prioritize new features and data sources, improve system responses, and further develop The Grove’s overall functionality.

Once in The Grove, provide feedback directly from the homepage using the “Feedback” button.

How to Access The Grove

If you are interested in becoming an early adopter, please take a moment to answer a 2-minute Qualtrics survey. The information provided in this intake questionnaire will help ITS better understand your individual needs and consult on ways to more effectively leverage The Grove.

Upon completion, you will be automatically redirected to grove.ucr.edu.

Note that you must be logged into your UC Riverside account to access The Grove.

1. If prompted, sign into Google with your UCR NetID email (e.g., scottyb@ucr.edu). This

will take you to UCR’s login page.

2. In the UCR login page, sign in using your UCR NetID (e.g., scottyb) and password.

3. Authenticate your login using Duo, UCR’s multi-factor authentication service.

Connecting to Your Personal Data

The Grove takes data privacy and access permissions seriously. Please note that The Grove will prompt you to authorize access to your UCR account. To proceed, select the “Authorize” button and follow the onscreen instructions to connect your UCR Google (R’Mail) account.

Granting this authorization allows The Grove to look at the data to which you have access, as well as perform tasks on your behalf.
