The Graduate Division has an open position for an Assistant Dean/Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO). Reporting to the Dean of the Graduate Division, the Assistant Dean/CFAO serves as a principal advisor to the Dean, Associate Deans, and has full responsibility for directing the administrative operations of the Graduate Division, which plans, directs and coordinates the academic, administrative and financial affairs of the Graduate Division. In fulfilling these responsibilities, the Assistant Dean/CFAO plays an integral role in the development of the Dean's long range goals and objectives, and provides executive leadership and direction in the implementation of the Graduate Division's administrative and financial policies and procedures.
We invite you to consider our opportunity if you have broad knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques as well as human resources and risk management planning experience. Demonstrated management experience in human resources, including hiring, career development, training, labor relations and dismissal is required, as is having a broad knowledge of the organization's processes, protocols and procedures with a focus on budget, account and fund management and/or personnel management under labor contract(s) and personnel policy.
