Are you conducting human subjects research? Don’t know if you actually are? Do you need to submit an IRB application but don’t where to start? If so, then this workshop series is for you!
The Office of Research Integrity (ORI) is excited to announce the launch of its inaugural Institutional Review Board (IRB) Workshop Series. The educational series will cover a range of topics related to tips on submitting an application, how to navigate the review process, and the policies and federal regulations that guide UCR human subjects research protections. All UCR researchers, faculty, staff, and students involved with or considering conducting human subjects research are invited to attend any and all of the upcoming sessions. The series will kick-off with an IRB Meet & Greet, so the UCR campus can get to know the people behind the IRB and get an introductory/101 session on the IRB process.
