We are pleased to announce the recruitment for the Library’s Financial Services Supervisor position. The Financial Services Supervisor is responsible for providing complex fiscal, budgetary, analytical, and other support to the University Library, and is responsible for handling day to day financial management operations for Library Administration and Library Leadership. The position supervises the Planning and Budget unit which consists of several complex systems including Cash, Collection and Register Reconciliation System (CCRRS), UCR Financial System (UCRFS), POS reporting systems and online credit card processor systems. The Financial Services Supervisor will also provide review and oversight to the Acquisitions Accounting unit by routinely reviewing transactions.
