Building & Safety Announces a New Online Permitting Portal

Effective Jan. 18, 2021

In an effort to continue to advance the quality of customer service and efficiency for the plan review and campus building permit approval process for UC Riverside, the Building & Safety Division has implemented a new, secure, on line portal that allows you to submit a permit application, any required submittal documents (plans, manufactures specifications/instructions, equipment cut sheets, etc.), view live application and plan review status, the ability to view and print your permit, and schedule all required inspections, all in one location.

Starting on January 18, 2021

Just go to the UCR Planning Design & Construction website:

@ https://pdc.ucr.edu/building-safety-division

 Click “Apply for Campus Building Permit” and create a user account login & password and you are ready to go.
