The BEES Administrative Unit provides business services for a large and complex operation encompassing extensive teaching, research, and outreach components for the Botanic Gardens, Earth & Planetary Sciences, and Environmental Sciences within the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences (CNAS).  Under the direct supervision of the BEES Financial Services Supervisor, the Financial Services Analyst will function as the Head Cashier during cash-handling events such as the Botanic Gardens Plant Sales and conferences organized by CNAS faculty. The Financial Services Analyst will reconcile monthly ledgers, will prepare Sales & Services applications and process billing. The Financial Services Analyst will coordinate faculty recruitment, manage equipment inventory, and will provide backup support for Receiving as needed. The successful incumbent will work with a diverse set of customers including faculty, students, researchers, staff, conference attendees, and visitors. Hybrid schedule of both on-site and remote work days may be available.
