Air Purifier Rental Program

Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) is lending portable High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) purifiers at no charge to UCR workplaces (e.g., classrooms, offices).

Please complete a request form if you believe that your workplace may benefit from a portable HEPA purifier. Examples include: small-size and high-occupancy classrooms, tight office spaces with numerous visitors, or stuffy workplaces with high occupancy (e.g., no operable windows).



Please include detailed information on this form so that EH&S may effectively evaluate your request. Portable HEPA purifier supply may fluctuate depending on demand.

EH&S will provide replacement filters which are charged to your department’s FAU. The requestor is solely responsible for any damage or theft to the borrowed HEPA air purifier (do not leave the HEPA air purifier in an unsecured location and unattended) – a recharge FAU is requested as a form of security deposit.
