Dear UCR Community,

I hope you are doing well this week!

As you may know Health, Well-being & Safety (HWS) is a newly created division made up of eight departments that are dedicated to listening, supporting, and providing UC Riverside students with helpful resources and services for your overall safety and well-being.

The University of California Riverside (UCR) Health Well-Being & Safety Division’s Collective Impact Team (CIT) is inviting you to take this survey to help assess the UCR campus community's understanding, knowledge, attitudes around mental health, holistic well-being, and campus safety.

All UCR students, staff and faculty are invited to participate.  In appreciation of your feedback and time, the first 2500 UCR community members (student, staff & faculty) who complete the survey between 10/24/2022 and 11/4/2022 will receive $10 in Bear bucks. Email notifications will be sent to all winners with instructions on how to collect their prize. One survey entry per person.

See the attached flyer with all three versions of the survey linked via QR code and information about each department within HWS.

Here are the anonymous survey links below as well:

Please share widely within the UCR community to students, staff, and faculty.

Thanks for your consideration…

Be Well!
