Please be advised that a planned campus wireless network maintenance will take place on December 17, 2025. This is part of a series of network infrastructure improvements that Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is making to enhance the security, resilience, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

As a result, all users of the EDUROAM and UCR-GUEST WiFi network will need to take specific steps to maintain access.

EDUROAM Troubleshooting Guidance

  1. Forget the EDUROAM WiFi network.
    1. Follow the instructions for Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
    2. Follow the instructions for Windows 10 and 11.
  2. Reconnect to the EDUROAM WiFi network (read the IT knowledge article to learn how).
  3. Accept the new wireless security certificate.

UCR-GUEST Troubleshooting Guidance

All users of the UCR-GUEST WiFi network are required to re-register in the UCR-GUEST sign-in page in order to access it.
