National Student Employee Appreciation Week is April 13 - 17, and UCR invites you to participate in celebrating your student employees as well as get involved in any of these campus-wide opportunities! See below for more details.

UCR Student Employee Spirit Day Competition [for Departments & Students]

• Departments and/or teams are encouraged to select a theme and coordinate a Spirit Day among their student employees between April 13 - 17, take a group picture rocking their theme, and submit their photo via this form to a campus-wide competition by April 17 at 12PM.
• The winning team will be selected and announced on Tuesday, April 21 at @ucrcareercenter and @ucriversideofficial Instagram accounts. The most creative and engaged department to submit to the competition will win a pizza party to celebrate with their student employees during the Spring quarter!

National Student Employee Appreciation Week Manager's Toolkit [for Departments]

From Highlander to Hired: Alumni Careers at UCR: Thursday, April 16 @ 3 - 4:30 PM hosted at Career Center [for Students]

• Join us for a panel featuring UCR alumni who have built their careers right here on campus as staff and faculty. Hear about their career journeys, how they navigated the transition from student to professional, and what it’s like to work at UCR. You will also take away tips on the application process and how to prepare for opportunities within the university. Students register on Handshake.
