The Lost and Found Property policy has been updated on an interim basis. The policy originated in 2000 and was previously revised in 2017, prior to this interim update in April 2020. The revisions focus the purpose and scope of the policy and include new language regarding items that the UCPD cannot accept due to sanitary, safety, and/or biohazard risks. These items include clothing, bedding, flammable items, wet or soiled items, medications, and others. The interim policy also fixed broken links and has been re-formatted to align with current UCR policy guidelines.
