UCPath will be unavailable during two downtimes

 UC San Diego (UCSD) and UC San Francisco (UCSF) are planned to become the next UC locations to implement UCPath in May 2020. During this transition, there will be TWO downtimes over a total of 10 days, including 5 business days when UCPath will be down. During this implementation, direct access for UCR employees to UCPath Online will be unavailable and access to UCPath Center support services will be limited. If you experience problems, please do not hesitate to reach out to the UCR Campus Support Center (CSC) for assistance at (951) 827-9500 or send an email to UCPathhelp@ucr.edu.



Dates & Times UCPath will be unavailable

  • Downtime 1: Wednesday, April 29th at 10 pm  until Tuesday, May 5th at 8 am
  • Downtime 2: Friday, May 22nd at 10 pm until Wednesday, May 27th at 12 p.m.

  • UCPath Center associates will still be available for online inquiries. If you need help during the planned maintenance window, you can still use the online portal to connect with an UCPath Center associate. When you visit UCPath Online, click on the link featured on the main page to submit an inquiry. You may also indicate in your inquiry if you prefer a call back. As a reminder, UCPath Center associates are working remotely due to the statewide shelter-in-place mandate. They continue to answer online inquiries from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT.
