Dear Campus Community,

 

California Department Public Health (CDPH) and Cal/OSHA recently issued requirements for all employees to receive training on COVID-19 and methods to prevent illness.

 

To address this training mandate, UC Riverside has developed a short 12-minute online training that applies to all employees at various locations. Training for employees and departments where access to computers or mobile devices is not feasible will be provided separately.

 

All UCR employees, whether working on campus or remotely, will receive an email notification providing instructions on how to access the course through the UC Learning Center. The training assignment should not be considered direction to discontinue telecommuting. However, training completion is required prior to returning to work on campus, Employees who have returned to campus must complete the course as soon as reasonably possible. Supervisors will receive an email notification when employees complete the course.

 

Please complete the training after receiving the email notification if you are working on campus in any capacity.
