I am pleased to welcome Tammy Few as our new Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Human Resources Officer. Tammy recently joined UCR on May 26th.
Tammy received her M.B.A in Human Resources Management at Benedictine University, Illinois and her B.A. in Human Resources Management from Judson University, Illinois. She is certified as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management, a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute, and a Certified Labor Relations Professional.
With over 20 years of experience in human resources, most recently as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Missouri State University system, Tammy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this position. Tammy has also served on many boards, committees, and taskforces including Greater Missouri Higher Education Recruitment Consortium, United Way, Public Employer’s Diversity Initiative Group and Springfield Public Schools Access and Equity Taskforce to name a few.
