All employees working in campus-owned or leased facilities are required to complete the UC Riverside Daily Wellness Check on all days when they will be working in campus owned or operated facilities. 

Please bookmark wellnesscheck.ucr.edu and make sure you complete the survey before coming to work. 

If you are unable to complete the survey before coming to work, please make arrangements with your supervisor to complete the survey immediately upon your arrival.

The Daily Wellness Check was recently updated. Employees will no longer need to enter supervisor name or phone number. Instead, supervisors will have access to an online dashboard to monitor which employees are cleared to be on campus. Beginning August 16, supervisors will need to visit the dashboard to confirm clearance to come to work status for their direct reports.
