Annual Influenza Vaccine Reporting – Action Required by December 1, 2025

Dear Colleagues,

From October 6, 2025, through December 1, 2025, UC Riverside will conduct its annual influenza vaccine reporting process. In accordance with the UC Office of the President (UCOP) Vaccine Policy, all employees are asked each year to do one of the following:

Report that they have either:

  • Received the seasonal influenza vaccine, or
  • Declined to receive the seasonal influenza vaccine.

Action Required

You will receive an auto generated notification from noreply@ehsoh.ucr.edu on October 6, 2025 with instructions as part of the UCOP reporting process. Click the link provided in that message, and you will be directed to the portal where you can log in using your UC Riverside employee credentials. Alternatively, you may log in directly to the Employee Medical Record (EMR) portal.

NOTE:

New employees must comply within 14 days of hire (this requirement continues through May 1, 2026).

Employees who are 100% remote (with current UC Path remote agreements) are exempt and will not receive reminder notifications.

Student workers will not use this system, as their compliance is managed through Student Health. This avoids duplication and confusion.
