Dear Campus Community:
In compliance with the Clery Act (the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act), the University of California, Riverside has published a revised 2025 Annual Security & Fire Safety Report .
The 2025 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report (ASFSR) was issued on September 25, 2025, and revised in March 2026. The 2025 UCR ASFSR has been revised and re-published to reflect updates and changes in the PACAOS 100.00 Policy on Student Conduct and Discipline, Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment (SVSH) Policy, and related adjudication and resolution frameworks, effective January 1, 2026. Additionally, updates have been made to reflect changes in training course offerings and changes in UCR personnel, and the section on non-sex-based stalking has been expanded to include current policies and procedures.
The ASFSR provides crime and other safety-related information to members of the campus community. This report includes statistics for the previous three years (2022-2024) concerning crimes reported to Campus Security Authorities (CSAs) that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus UC Riverside-affiliated properties, and on public property adjacent to and accessible from campus. The report also includes fire statistics for on-campus student housing facilities, as well as campus policies regarding crime prevention, fire safety, crime reporting, sexual and interpersonal violence, student discipline, and other matters. These crime and fire statistics have not been revised from the version issued in September 2025.
The 2026 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report will be published online by October 1st of this year, as scheduled. It will be available under the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report section of the UCR Clery Act Compliance webpage.
