UCR engineering professor Mihri Ozkan has been named a National Invention Ambassador, joining a national network of accomplished inventors who mentor emerging innovators.
Ozkan is the first woman in the Marlan and Rosemary Bourns College of Engineering and the fifth UC Riverside professor to join the National Academy of Inventors.
