Notice: Banner & MyAccount Disruption Due to Upcoming Maintenance

Please be advised of upcoming maintenance to Banner Services, taking place from 10:00 PM on Friday, January 15 until 11:59 PM on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  

During the maintenance window campus users should expect to experience a disruption of Banner and MyAccount services.

Maintenance will disrupt the following Banner components:

  • Advisor Student Profile
  • Banner Admin
  • Banner AppNavigator
  • Banner Document Management
  • Banner Registration
  • Banner Self Service
  • Banner Student Profile
  • DegreeWorks
  • EduNav
  • MyAccount
  • Photo Roster
  • UCR BanApps
  • iGrade

Maintenance will disrupt the following MyAccount functions:

  • “Forgot Password” – Users will be unable to reset their password
  • “I Do Not Have Access to My Phone / Passcodes” – Users will be unable to verify identity using Banner data
  • “Email Passcodes” – Users will be unable to request a list of passcodes be emailed
  • Retrieval of NetID using email information in Banner will be unavailable

This planned maintenance is required to upgrade database and application servers to ensure compliance with current versions. The maintenance event date and time were selected to ensure minimal potential impact to campus operations and events.
