
Effective July 1, 2025, the Highlander Union Building (HUB) has moved its room and event scheduling to 25Live. This comprehensive scheduling and space management system will also serve as the central platform for all room and event bookings across campus.
25Live replaced the Event Management System (EMS) as The HUB’s platform for room and event scheduling. Highlanders who visit reserve.ucr.edu will be directed to its.ucr.edu/reserve where they can either log into the new 25Live system or learn more about the project.
Starting July 1, 2025, students, faculty, and staff will be able to view and reserve available spaces managed by select units on campus. The earliest date available for reservation will be July 16, 2025, with more campus spaces becoming available in the coming months.
By centralizing scheduling processes and leveraging modern technology, UCR will enhance transparency, optimize space utilization, foster collaboration, and provide an enhanced, consistent experience for all Highlanders.
