All UCR students are invited to participate in the UC Riverside Student Health Behavior Survey, part of the National College Health Assessment (NCHA) conducted by the American College Health Association (ACHA). This survey helps us better understand student health behaviors and improve wellness programs and services at UCR.

Important Information About Your Data

As part of this survey, you will be asked to enter your UCR Student ID (SID).

• The SID will be attached to your survey responses and may be used to link responses to individual students for research and institutional assessment purposes, as described in the consent form.
• Access to identifiable data is restricted to authorized research personnel.
• Findings from this survey will be reported only in aggregate, and no individual student will be identified in reports or publications.

Important Timing Note About Incentives

Gift card eligibility will be verified after the survey closes. Students who qualify will receive an email with gift card pick-up details will be sent approximately four weeks after the survey closes.
