Dear Colleagues,

In July 2020, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory is planned to become the next and LAST UC location to implement UCPath. This will add 3,627 employees, increasing the total number of employees served by the UCPath center to 236,082. While we don’t expect any problems, if you experience any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Campus Support Center (CSC) using the contact information below.

Below are the times UCPath will be unavailable:

·        Downtime 1: Friday, June 26, 10:00 p.m. - Monday, June 29, 6:00 a.m.

·        Downtime 2: Friday, July 17, 10:00 p.m. - Monday, July 20, 6:00 a.m. 

The UCPath self-service portal will be unavailable during the key dates noted above.  Faculty, staff, and student workers will not be able to visit UCPath online to view/download W-2s, pay statements, leave balances, etc., during the two outages.

Paychecks: Paychecks will be delivered as scheduled, however Earnings Statements (paystubs) will only be available when the portal is available. We request that employees access their paystubs as soon as they are available to confirm their accuracy and reach out if there are any questions or concerns.

o   UCPath Center associates will still be available for online inquiries. If you need help during the planned maintenance window, you can still use the online portal to connect with an UCPath Center associate. When you visit UCPath Online, click on the link featured on the main page to submit an inquiry. You may also indicate in your inquiry if you prefer a call back. As a reminder, UCPath Center associates are working remotely due to the statewide shelter-in-place mandate. They continue to answer online inquiries from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT.
