UC Riverside has created five campus working groups to plan for the fall and the transition to returning to campus.

See below for the latest updates from the working groups:

Operational Continuity

The Operational Continuity working group campus briefing takes place Friday, May 21 at 12 p.m. and is available for view, both live and recorded on YouTube

The working group has completed an updated campus Planning Framework that provides occupancy guidance for indoor and outdoor spaces as UCR moves to a gradual return to on-campus activities.

Information in the table derives from the efforts of several campus-level committees with broad representation and is based on local, state, and public health guidelines. As guidelines change the framework will be updated as new information and details are made available.

COVID Management

More than 1,600 employees have submitted the COVID-19 Vaccine Tracking Form since it launched on May 13. While completing the form is entirely voluntary at this time employees who have completed their vaccination series are encouraged to fill out the form as soon as possible. Access the COVID-19 Vaccine Tracking Form here.

Students also are encouraged to submit their proof of having completed the COVID-19 vaccination services via the Student Health portal. A video tutorial provides guidance on how to upload proof of vaccination.

Student Health Services will begin administering vaccines to students on Friday, May 21. Vaccination clinics will be held on Friday afternoons. Students wishing to schedule appointments can do so by calling the UCR COVID-19 Wellness Hotline (844-827-6827, option 2).

In the past two weeks, a total of 1,251 tests were conducted at UCR’s on-campus testing lab, with no positive cases.
