Dear Staff & Faculty, 



Our university will welcome approximately 7,500 incoming first-year and transfer students come fall quarter 2022. Many of these students will begin their UC Riverside journey by moving into our campus residence halls and apartments. This year’s move-in dates will take place Saturday, Sept. 17 through Sunday, Sept. 18 from 6 a.m.-5 p.m. 



Volunteers are needed to staff varying shifts on one or both days. Please see times below:  

• 6-10 a.m. 
• 7–11 a.m. 
• 8 a.m.-Noon 
• 9 a.m.– 1 p.m. 
• 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
• 11 a.m.– p.m.
• Noon-4 p.m.
• 1–5 p.m.

If you are interested in serving as a volunteer for either Saturday, Sept. 17 or Sunday, Sep. 18, please complete the online sign-up form by Sept. 1.
