UCR Healthy Campus, the UCR School of Medicine and the Recreation department are teaming up to offer a Whole-Body Health wellness coaching program to 10 members of the UCR faculty.
The pilot program runs from September 17 – December 10, 2019. The deadline to register is Tuesday, September 10.
This free, customized 10-week program includes the following, valued at $550:

3-month Student Recreation Center (SRC) membership

3 personal training sessions (30 minutes each)

1 Restorative yoga class
-
1 massage (30 minutes)
-
2 cooking demonstrations
-
4 check in phone calls (15 minutes each)

1 Fitbook Journal
-
1 therapy resistance band
-
Resource booklet including recipes and tips for success.

Post celebration party
Our wellness coaches provide you with the education, guidance, motivation, and solutions to help transform you into a more energized, mindful, fit and active version of yourself.
Projected outcomes include improvements in:

sleep quality and moments of calm

knowledge of exercise and fitness level

healthy strategies in your classroom or office
