Changes to Room & Event Scheduling System: Palm Desert, Student Recreation Center, and Dining & Housing Services Now on 25Live

Effective August 30, 2025, the Palm Desert Center, Student Recreation Center (SRC), and Dining and Housing Services have moved their room and event scheduling to 25Live. As such, Highlanders will no longer use the Event Management System (EMS) to reserve spaces.

As announced to campus, 25Live will serve as the central platform for all room and event bookings across campus. Currently, students, faculty, and staff are able to view and reserve available spaces managed by select units on campus through 25Live. 

25Live has replaced the previous room and event reservation system, Event Management System (EMS). Highlanders who visit the reservation sites of Palm Desert Center, SRC, and Dining and Housing Services will be directed to its.ucr.edu/reserve where they can either log into the new 25Live system or learn more about the project.
