Changes to Room & Event Scheduling System: School of Medicine Now on 25Live

Effective January 5, 2026, the School of Medicine (SOM) has moved their room and event scheduling to 25Live. Requestors from SOM and those external to SOM can visit the 25Live webpage (its.ucr.edu/25live) to log into the system and use 25Live to view space availability and submit their reservation requests.

As announced to campus, 25Live will serve as the central platform for all room and event bookings across campus. Currently, students, faculty, and staff are able to view and reserve available spaces managed by select units on campus through 25Live. 

What You Need to Know Before Booking a SOM Space

The earliest date available for event space reservations is January 5, 2026. For the winter quarter, Highlanders can only reserve an event space until March 27, 2026. Reservations for the spring session and beyond are not available during this time due to the scheduled blackout period beginning March 30, 2026.

Disclosure for SOM Students

Student event requests must be submitted through academic representatives as students are currently restricted from submitting space reservations through 25Live.

If a SOM student needs to reserve an event space in the Education I or Education II building, the request must be submitted to the appropriate representative, who will enter the reservation on their behalf:
