UC Riverside’s annual Community Partner Fair drew more than 300 attendees and 51 vendors at the HUB on Aug. 27.
The fair, held by Staff Assembly, allows campus departments and units to showcase their services, from office supplies to health and wellness services. Outside vendors also were represented, allowing attendees to learn about their products and services. Vendors provided free swag and attendees could enter a raffle draw with winners announced later on social media.
The event, which included a mix of staff, faculty, and students, was open to the public for the first time this year. It was co-sponsored by SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union.
In a change from previous years, this year’s event was moved indoors, providing relief from the hot temperatures at the Rivera Lawn.
